GPS Tracker - 1.26oz

A.J. with customer service called me to personally make sure the question I had was answered and let me know an easy way to do what I wanted to, he was very polite and friendly and I love the personalized feel from an actual person responding to me with a call vs an automated email and he assured me I can reach him personally with any issue no matter what it is. Customer service is beyond excellent!!As for tracki, i'm loving it! At first wasn't all that accurate but I read up on it and knew already that the longer you have it and more it communicates with satellites, the more accurate it will become so I expected that. It is much more accurate now that I've had it for a while longer. idk what the hell people are talking about on here saying the battery dies too quick cuz that's simply bs. First off, it fits in the palm of your hand so come on people, can't have that big of a battery now can it?!! Duh!! Second, i use this for my bikes, i have it set to update every 4 hours, also push notifications for when motion is detected and when it enters/leaves the geo fences I have designated on the map, literally every time i bump my bike my phone INSTANTLY gets a notice of movement, same with geo fence alerts, and I ride constantly so you'd think maybe 3 days of battery, max, right?? Wong, this thing is lasting me 5-7 days on a full charge. Third, it charges pretty quick. Fourth, it's super easy to use and if you can't figure it out then i end this review right where it began, with their exceptional customer service. There really is no bad here if you ask me because if you do find bad the answer is as simple as letting my homie A.J. with support know about it and he'll have your back to help with any of the issues you could possibly have.

I have been using this tracking device for approx. one month now, and I will say it does a very good job.For the first week I used it with the original battery. Even though the instructions say not to put it in the trunk or the engine bay, I tried it anyway, first in the engine bay (placed high on the inside of the fender) and then the next day in the trunk (high on the inside of the fender). The tracker did a good job in both places and the accuracy was very good. The battery life with the original small battery was pretty good, it took about two days to go down to 50%. I had the settings on 1 minute (the most frequent currently available). The vehicle wasn't in constant motion all day, so keep in mind, if it was, and reporting every minute, it would consume more battery, so you could always change to a less frequent time (5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 120). The history of where the tracker has been is being recorded based on these reporting times. You can look up past history many ways (the last few hours or a date range). This info. can be downloaded if needed. I ordered the waterproof case with the larger battery and have been using that for the last three weeks. The battery life with it is a huge improvement (it took two weeks to go down to 50%), and I used it in the trunk and engine bay also with no negative issues. I have talked with Customer Service a few times to report my thoughts, and I will say, they are as good as anyone could hope. I have tracked my device with an iPhone/iPad and on a PC using various browsers. I will say that if you use an iPhone/iPad, and you want to see "live tracking", there are a couple of apps that you can use. The newer Tracki app still has a few bugs they are working out (as far as seeing live tracking), but there is another app called Trackimo, and it doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" of the new app, but "live tracking" works well on it. Keep in mind the history of the device is being recorded (no matter what app or device you use to check it), so you can always check it out from any computer with a browser. There are many applications someone could use this device for, and the tracker is so small, you could put it anywhere.

It is a very good device and the application is superb! Customer service is the best I have ever encountered!I change my review after a call from one of the developers. I was assured that my problem of too many false alarms will be fixed in the soon to come update (an option to only send alarms based on the GPS data and not from mobile antenas)So since I saw how they really care for their customers and since this device already saved my dog once (when I saw that it's not moving so I went there and saw her being cought in a fence and couldn't find the way out). I changed my review to 5 stars.

This is an excellent device, accurate reliable and works great. I found the device and subscription price to be way better than all the other GPS trackers. I had few questions and customer service was great.
